South East CDC administers aid to the needy and less fortunate through national social assistance and employment schemes. Taking on the many-helping hands approach, South East CDC works together with our community partners, such as the Voluntary Welfare Organisations, Grassroots Organisations and other self-help groups, to inculcate a self-reliant mentality in the needy through the assistance schemes. South East CDC also strives to deliver timely and holistic assistance to needy residents by constantly reviewing and streamlining work processes.
